Director in Oncology

Job Description:

Manage a group of scientist in oncology and play the role in scientific leadership including study design, literature reference research, project direction, and scientific discussion.

Take full accountability on protocol generation, execution of the project, interaction with clients and completion of study reports.

Be familiar with animal handling and survival surgery, and have hands on experience in in vitro and ex vivo studies as well as development of disease animal model in cancer.

Provide support to the team in scientific guidance and trouble shooting.
Requirements:

The candidate must have Ph. D with over 10 years of experience in drug discovery in oncology areas preferably in a pharmaceutical industry setting.

Have extensive hands-on experience in development of animal models such as oncology (cancer biology, both subcutaneous and orthotopic xenografts, etc).

Have in-depth understanding of the animal models utilized for drug discovery in anti-cancer therapies.

With highly self-motivation to work in a fast-paced team environment.
-Excellent communication, organization, flexibility, and collaborative skills are essential.
