Tianjin Medical University is the birthplace of Oncology in China. It is one of the largest cancer prevention, treatment, training and research center in China. There are 29 clinical departments, 11 technical departments and 8 laboratories in Cancer Institute. The research is concentrated on Oncology, Nuclear Medicine, Epidemiology, Biochemistry & Molecular Biology.
