Guangxi Medical University (GXMU)

Guangxi Medical University (GXMU) is located in Nanning City, the capital of Guangxi Zhuang. The university includes 19 schools: School of Pre-clinical Sciences, School of Public Health, School of Pharmacology, School of Clinical Sciences, School of Oncology and School of Stomatology etc. Scientific research is paramount for the success of the university and is conducted in areas such as Cancer Prevention and Treatment, Cardiovascular Diseases, snake venom and hemoglobinopathy etc. The construction of an Experimental Centre for Medical Sciences and an Animal Centre is also underway.
